Pre-Planning Our respected tourists are requested to book their seats well in advance by paying full amount of the tour so that, we can arrange accommodation and transportation according to the size of the group with prior confirmation of all arrangements. Those who book their seats only by paying advance as mentioned in the brochure have no right to complain while on tour or to express any type of grievance after the completion of their journey.

Before booking the tickets by Flight on Check Fare reconfirm the scheduled departure of the tour. Cancellation charges on Check Fare tickets are the whole discretion of the airlines & we are not held responsible for it in any case.

Flight tickets on check fare will be issued only on receipt of full fare to any of our branch or Head Office and no blocking system without full payment, confirmations are totally in the discretion of Airlines and we are not responsible for non-availability of confirmed tickets if you reserve late.

For our North India 32 days tour, flight tickets from Delhi to Kathmandu and back are booked at least 60 days prior, in order to get confirmed tickets. As such, to ensure the confirmation, amount towards flight tickets should be paid along with the advance amount while booking your seats.

Sanctioning of LFC/LTC will be the whole discretion of the Institution, and we are not responsible for any shortfall in the reimbursement of the bills issued.

Note for North India Tours : The reservation of train tickets will start 60 days prior to our onward journey, according to the railway reservation system. As such, we can book the train tickets together in the same compartment if we receive the bookings 60 days prior to the departure for our North Indian tours.

If you reserve your seats later, you may get RAC (Reservation against Cancellation), in this case you will be entitled to travel in a sleeper coach with only seat arrangements without sleeper.

Even later, you will get Wait Listed tickets which are not entitled to travel in a reserved compartment with reserved seats and sleeper. This ticket is entitled only to travel in a General compartment.

For the smooth running of our NORTH INDIA 32 days tour by train & flight, we request our respected tourists to book their seats 60 days in advance to get confirmed train tickets for all sectors, or else, we have to make alternative arrangements according to the availability at the last moment without the consent of the tourists.

As such to ensure proper reservation you have to book your seats well in advance. As per the railway rules the train tickets are not transferable. We can neither block the tickets nor get your seats confirmed in any other manner if you are late to reserve your seats.

For our North India tours, due to cancellation, preponement and postponement of seats, the transportation will be arranged according to the size of the groups, and the same will be informed to you before actual departure and the tours will be conducted only after having your written acceptance for the same.

Railway concessions for senior citizens: Senior citizens 60 years & above are eligible for a concession of 30% only on train fare. We can reserve train tickets on confessional fare only if we receive written consent while booking, from those who can produce age proof with their photograph while traveling. Unless we receive written consent the train ticket will be reserved on full fare and no claim will be entertained later.

Confirmed flight tickets will be available for the sector Delhi Kathmandu Delhi in our North India 32 days tour only for those who book our package 60 days in advance.

Onward & Return journey: We can also book your Onward & Return journey train tickets in any class (subject to availability) from your own place so that you can join our group at the first destination.

Air tickets also can be arranged from Mangalore/ Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Goa/ Hyderabad to Delhi and back depending on availability.

Seat Allotment: The allotment of seats in the bus for our North India tours will be strictly on age basis. Old aged and ladies will occupy the front seats and the young and energetic will occupy the remaining seats. The seat no s will be allotted on reaching the first destination.

Accommodation: Accommodation will be arranged depending on the size of your family. Extra person will be provided with a mattress. In case you require an extra room for your convenience the same will be arranged at an actual extra cost.
