Important: Nisarga Travels reserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any tour it has advertised or published if it is deemed advisable or necessary without assigning any reason if the tour is cancelled all amount paid by you will be fully refunded, but no compensation is payable for consequential loss suffered.
Tour timing and itinerary are subject to change. Consequently it may be revised at any time during the tour, with or without notice depending on the exigencies of occasion. We will try to advise you of these amendments, prior to the start of the tour or on tour. In this case if any tour participant misses any part of sight seeing due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim a refund for the same. No refund is payable for any unutilized services.
Nisarga Travels accepts no responsibilities for losses, additional expenses due to delay or change, missed connections, strike, weather/ quarantine or other causes howsoever caused and all such expenses must be borne by the tourists.

Book Early! Seats go fast: Nisarga Travels is Unique among Tour Operators. We can accept booking upto the hour of actual departure. However we recommend for your convenience and peace of mind that, you book your seats as early as possible in the season to avoid disappointment later.
Reservation:
You can reserve your seats at our Head Office, branches or with our agents by paying Draft in favour of NISARGA TRAVELS, payable at concerned branches in person or by post i.e. Rs. 2,000/- per seat ( Rs. 5000/- for North India Tours & Rs.20,000/- for N.I. 32 days) along with the Registration from enclosed in the Brochure. All the relevant sections of the form must be correctly and fully completed. We can only accept Registration forms signed, as this confirms that you and other people on the tour accept our booking terms & conditions as mentioned in our brochure.
Reconfirmation of seats:
Balance amount to be sent to us so as to reach us on or before,
a) 20 days to the tour commencement date for North India tours.
b) 10 days to the tour commencement date for other tours.
Cancellation:
You have the right at any time to cancel the booking but if you do so, must make the cancellation in writing. The cancellation rules behind the provisional receipt will apply.
Tours will be confirmed subject to minimum of breakeven points depending to the capacity of the vehicle; otherwise we hold the right to cancel the tour. Cancellation will be informed to you 10 days before the actual departure.
Refund:
If cancellation is made before following days prior to the onward journey excluding date of journey if paid in full,
1. 15 days prior - 90% of tour charges,
2. 5 days prior - 75% of tour charges,
3. Less than 5 days - No refund
Advance/Part payment towards the booking is not refundable. Cancellation & refund rules will also apply to those who have booked the seats less than the above specified period.

Children:
Children above 3 years and below 6 years will be charged 50% of the adult charges without seat, above 5 years and below 11 years for our North India tours. (It will be difficult to carry the child on the lap of parents.)
Accommodation: Handpicked good tourist hotels all offering private bath are specifically chosen keeping in mind the comforts of the tourists. Some of the hotels may be located in the cities, but to provide with comfortable hotels and reasonable prices, it is often necessary to use hotels away from city centers. Families requesting for a Triple / Three bedded rooms will be
given depending on the availability in that hotel otherwise they will be provided with extra rollaway bed, which you need to be prepared for having less space in your room.
Note:
In Ranachatti (Yamunothri), Uttarkashi (Gangothri), Badrinath & Gowrikund (Kedarnath), allotment of rooms will be according to the number of beds in a room.
Single supplement:
This will be applied according to your choice of the tour. Kindly consult the office before booking.
Baggage allowances:
Please bring only limited luggage, one medium sized suitcase per person and one additional hand bag to keep inside the coach. Sleep wear is essential. Do not bring blankets and bedding. Baggages at all times and in all circumstances are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
Foreign Tourists:
Foreign tourists are requested to make the payments in foreign currency. |
